WesTrac Pty Ltd, one of the world’s top Caterpillar dealerships, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our nightshift operations in Perth. This role offers visa sponsorship and potential relocation assistance for qualified candidates on the skilled occupation list, both within Australia and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the warehouse team, prioritizing safety and continuous improvement
- Engage with internal teams and customers to maintain high productivity and service standards
- Coach, mentor, and identify development opportunities for team members
- Oversee compliance with policies, performance monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Logistics or Warehouse Operations with a proven leadership background
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles
- Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Understanding of WHS legislation and Safety Systems (COR)
- Experience in the Mining and Construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
