Core Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Ridgeway, your role will involve:

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Hold current professional registration with the UK’s Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) as RNMH or RNLD.
- Have completed a recognized preceptorship program.
- Be trained as a clinical supervisor or commit to obtaining this within six months of probation.
- Demonstrate evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Experience
Candidates should have substantial experience in:
- Working with individuals with mental ill health or learning disabilities.
